Shipping Carriers and Options:
- US Postal Service
o First Class – Less than 1 lb, 1-3 Days in Transit, Uninsured
- UPS
o Surepost* – Economy Service, 2-6 Days in Transit, Uninsured
o Ground – Preferred Service, 1-5 Days in Transit, Insured**

Other Order Delivery Options: 

- Expedited
o Next Day and 2nd Day delivery options are available. Please contact us for a quote
- Freight
o Pallet Freight, LTL and FTL are available also. Please contact us for a quote
- Local Pickup
o This FREE option is available to our local buyers. Orders can be picked up for no extra charge at our Fort Wayne, Indiana warehouse. Monday-Friday 10am-3pm

We do NOT offer International Shipping.

* UPS Surepost are Economy shipping methods, where UPS picks the packages up from us, then later hand them off to the US Postal Service to handle the final leg of transit and delivery. It is usually 2-6 Business days in transit. This shipping method is NOT Insured against loss or damage.

** UPS Home Delivery is the Preferred shipping methods. It features a guaranteed 1-5 Business Days in Transit. It is also insured up to $100 against loss of damages.

*** No Free Shipping gimmick. As you probably very well know, Free Shipping is actually NOT Free. It is somehow always included in the item price. We feel that it is in our buyers best interest to offer actual shipping cost that is calculated based on total weight of the order. This way when you order multiple items at same time, you only pay for actual total weight, which reduces the shipping costs per item.

Tracking numbers are sent out to the email address provided during Checkout once the order is processed.
