Refund policy

WARRANTY REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unless otherwise specified, all new items carry a 30-day Warranty. This excludes and Scratch-and-Dent/B-Stock items.
If an item is damaged in shipping, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If an item needs to be returned for a personal reason (not damage or defect related), we must be notified within 30-days of receiving the items. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all packaging, tags, etc intact. We reserve a right to charge re-stocking fee of up to 20% for items that we cannot return to stock to be re-sold as new.
Refunds will apply to item price only. Any shipping related costs are buyer’s responsibility.

Please contact our Customer Service to obtain an RMA number so we can properly locate and process your return.
